Unable to open any map

I have the quest from Eagon for Originator's Memory of Loneliness, for a t16 map to kill a boss my character isnt ready for. i just want to farm any other map. But if i just go into my map device and put maps in, it wont open any of them. the only map i can open, is the quest one for this t16. Is this bugged? Or is there some way i can just drop this quest so i can farm literally anything else. I can currently click the map device, put maps in and click activate but when it swaps screens to actually open the portals, nothing happens.

Saw another post mention that the "Twist of Fate" Atlas ability was bugged. i took it out and my maps started working again.
