Saresh goes completely immune after dying to one-shot slam

Was doing Saresh and on one occasion, I died to the one-shot slam while he is immune.
I then teleported back in, accidentally clicked the portal back to my hideout, then went back into the black barya again.
I noticed the invulnerability bar is still active over his health bar.
I've sat in the black barya with him hitting me while typing this report up and he is still invulnerable, so I believe he is unkillable at this time.

I even tried teleporting out and back in with no luck.
