Originator voidstone not working - Ref: 2,139,199,543

Hi, I've completed 3443 map tiers at the time of reporting the bug, and i've not dropped a single astrolabe nor an exceptional gem from a map boss, the voidstone was completed on day 2 (Saturday 3/7) and didn't take it out since then. All the other voidstones are working just fine, its just this one.
