Instance Crash? Causing Mirage subarea to no longer exist.

Got the mirage wish that summons a boss from feared with the map boss.
Lava Lake.
Incarnation of Dread in the boss room.
Dread was beaming.
Screen froze.
Got kicked.

Went back and clicked on mirage portal to see message "Cannot connect to instance. That subarea no longer exists."
