Twitch Extension support gems unreadable

Hiya, I wasn't really sure where to post this so I'll try here:

Basically the twitch extension doesn't handle hovering over support gems well anymore, because there's so much text these days it goes off screen and it's unreadable, image shows what I mean.



Could we please ge thtis fixed? Thanks. If you need more info on my screen setup or anything just let me know, thanks.
