Crashes after deaths in maps

i'm truly not sure what to do or how to better help troubleshoot this, but i play on GFN, and i've been struggling to progress trough the maps.

The main issue however, sometimes i'm fighting a boss, die maybe twice, try to reneter and get Immediately disconnected, losing a portal

last night i had a similar issue on the Bog map where the rhoa was super juiced up, but this time it happened both to me and my friend, only upon entering the arena, rest of the map was fine.

i'm playing KF warden without too many mtx, i'm not sure if any part of my build is the issue.

Today it happened again, both in maps, and in a Safehouse, no deaths, i just finished to interrogate the leader, and the instance broke.
