Refinery - Mirage Bug

Mirage zone spawned in The Refinery in the room where you receive the Trarthan Powder. Once in the Mirage zone the door is shut until you kill General Adus but you can't get out to him and he doesn't come close enough to kill.

This mirage zone guaranteed a unique jewelry drop too...just my luck haha
