i have orders still taking up spots in my currency exchange from Phrecia 2.0 i migrated my character to standard but the exchange is still queued with the 2 trades from Phrecia and its counting towards my 10 trades

GGG recently fixed a bug pertaining to this.
Try using the Migrate All option again - even if you have previously done so. Some people who had been affected by the bug will need to do this (but some might not).  Once you've done that, it should be possible for a character in Standard to claim them. GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.
