Portals to boss areas Disconnects you after you have died

This is now the second time where I have died on a boss fight and when I want to use a portal to enter i am hit with a Disconnect and lose the portal and all remaining portals also disconnects me. I even tried to have a friend enter and they also disconnects me from entering a portal to the boss area.

So far I have had it on "The Black Barya" and Courtyard of Wasting" (the bug report is from the last one)
