Language startup bug

I have been "suffering" from a bug that MAY be user fault but i don't know how to fix it.

Every time I open poe after a restart of the pc it starts on the language i have my on my OS (spanish). I don't want to play poe in spanish because i always play on english on almost everything and i played always poe in english.

After the first time I need to close poe and open it again and it starts as english as i want. Every time happens this is 100% consistant. If i change language on the first start it does not work, closing and opening is needed.

Sometimes it also happens when poe needs to patch something, it may be 100% of the time but because there is not always a patch and i don't pay attention i'm not sure.

This only happens to me with poe.
