Never did report a bug, I don't want to write a tutorial for people ... but it's not something you could reliably reproduce - just fish for it ... don't know how often it happens ...

In short - choose Gold volatiles as your wish. Have an unstable breach spawn right at the edge of the Mirage, Vruun spawns but is "trapped" (partially outside) and cannot be killed => other Breach mobs keep spawning and release gold volatiles...
