Think of a cancer or stem cell that is like a materializer to create nightmare creatures made of organs.

Or imagine the giant power-rangers robot, but made of skinless corpses.

POE2 took a step further away from that vision, which I think is cooler.

Right now the art style looks like cists.

Imagine something in between "creatures made of organs" and "diabolical"

like the Nurgle from the Warhammer universe, but red, skinless, made of organs, an eyeball hanging out, missing nose with booger hanging out, tings like that.
