Domination of Terrors Scarab: "Final Boss" rewards not fully working

Some "Final Boss" modifiers do work, some do not work with Bosses added by the domination of terrors scarab.

1)
In regards to Eater altars, currency rewards seems to work and scarab rewards seem to not work.

This also applies in a Mirage'd area.

2)
Influencing Scarab of Interference doesn't work (only the actual boss of the map will have a Guardian buddy).

3)
Surrounded by tormented spirits (from astrolabe) doesn't work (only the actual boss of the map will have ghostly friends).

Untested: Horned Scarab of Pandemonium behaviour.
