Breach boss stuck in mirage wall, untargetable

Saw similar thread about blight, in my case breach spawned two bosses one was ok second was standing in the wall doing nothing except casting it's big aoe slam from time to time, please fix

+1 happened to me as well, spawned in mirage wall but couldn't move, do abilities, or be targeted.
