pretty sure the diamond shrine belt doesn't work with heralds, had more damage on a non crit version with less scaling, now 600 multi and diamond belt and it hits like a wet noodle, put all my league progression into this

Try adding +flat crit chance.

" Tried adding a self fulfilling prophecy, doesn't change much but does show the 100% crit on character sheet, could just be a bad build but I did a non crit version before and this has 700 multi, seems like it just tickles in comparison and has more scaling, but I dont use PoB so could just be a skill issue @buildshit
