Maven left my Shaper fight

Was just fighting Shaper with Maven witness in California Realm. I went through the first 2 phases no problem, Maven was there the whole time being annoying.

At some point during the 3rd and final phase, I died. When I went back in, I died twice more immediately due to attacks I couldn't even see killing me (the Shader cache is absolutely killing me repeatedly this league but that's another issue).

The problem is that after dying 3 times within the span of about a minute, I got back in, managed not to die to invisible attacks, and finished the fight.

However, it was only then I noticed Maven was no longer present. I did not get the witness.

Edit: Ok so... nevermind. After writing up this post, I went back and checked my maven witnesses, and Shaper now shows up. So the system seems to have fixed itself. It was definitely not highlighted when I first emerged from the fight and there was no message about Maven witnessing Shaper. Weird.
