New cooldown recovery support

I have a Cyclone gem imbued with CoC and the trans version of Forbidden Rite. I can see the imbued CoC in the tooltip and it works just fine but when adding the new cooldown support gem it says it's not supporting the FR. Adding actual CoC gem into the links fixes that. Is there any way to tell if this is just a visual thing or is it straight up bugged? Any way to test the proc rate?
