Cannot scroll fragment list in Currency Exchange

In Currency Exchange, the Fragments section cannot be scrolled. There is also no visible scrollbar on the side. Because of this, it is not possible to access the full list of fragment entries. In the Divination Cards section, scrolling works correctly, so the issue seems to affect only Fragments.

Expected behavior:
The Fragments list should be scrollable, and the scrollbar should be visible on the side, just like it is in Divination Cards.

Actual behavior:
Scrolling does not work in the Fragments section, and no scrollbar appears. In Divination Cards, scrolling works as expected.

Having the issue, specifically for the fragment tab in the currency exchange. Other tabs seems to be working fine.
