Corrupted Gaze yielding Corrupted Abyss Jewels from other League Mechanics

As title states Corrupted Gaze can give us 5 and 6 modded Corrupted Abyssal Jewels from other league mechanics, despite the node clearly stating it should be from Abyssal Troves or Stygian Spires.

So far I've gotten three or four of these 5 and 6 modded Corrupted Jewels from Legion chests, seemingly random chests and maybe not specific to chests with the Abyss icon.
I assume this also works with other sources like Blight, and potentially Abyss Incubators but I have not tested.

Edit: I have also gotten these jewels from rare legion enemies that has the Abyss Icon on them.
