Rage icon

Dont see RAGE building icon

I see the damage rise and fall, so rage is building up.
but dont see notification icon for that.

there's only the rage meter and once at full rage you can see flames (looks like flames to me) from you character
No icon with %, just a meter above skill bar in my case plus you have a rage counter next to mana pool, go to options to activate it.
