Volatile Vaal and Triumverate

When using a volatile vaal orb on a triumverate authority ring, regardless of the multipliers going up or down, it has no affect on the actual vaal skill itself.

Vaal Haste in both rings, it grants 65% movement with both rings, costs 25 souls and has a soul gain prevention of 3 seconds,

You are looking at the tooltip skill.
Those only display the base effect the aura gives (so only levels affect that tooltip)

To mesure if the aura effect really had an impact you need to look at your character movement spee in the defence section at the bottom.

It should increase by 1.68 so 1% or 2% depending on what your aura effect was before.

If it also isn't showing the increase there then yeah there is an issue.
Also I hope you don't have two vaal hast and are pressing a different one by accident :D (this happend to me at one point)
