Harvest bosses not entering 2nd phase.

Been doing harvest for 2 days now. The bosses do not switch phases at 75% hp. Some times i have to just wait, other get out of range, or straight up dont change phases (currently been fighting the yellow boss for 10 minutes without phasing, his hp is not moving past the first phase so he is undamagable).
