Ultimatum and Chaotic Astrolabe Duplicate reward Bug

Emiracles, the biggst Content creator who does Ultimatum content and myself believe that there is a bug with the Chaotic Astrolabe.

One of the map modifiers the Astrolabe can apply is % increased chance for Ultimatum rewards to be duplicated. This seems to be overwriting the Atlas passive Prove Yourself Worthy which gives a 25% duplication chance, resulting in a lower duplication chance.

They should be stacking together. Currently, they do not appear to be doing so.
