Breach Hive Not Spawning Bug Report ID: #2,669,856,183

Breach hive (fortress) did not spawn in my map (jungle valley t16).

Atlas tree does not contain Dimensional Barrier (blocks breach).
Atlas tree does not contain Enemy at the Gates.

Atlas tree has 100% chance to contain Breaches.
Atlas tree has Dimensional Foothold to force breach encounters to be hives.
I am using Breach Scarab of the Marshal to guarantee that if a hive spawns it will be a fortress.

I have all of the blocking nodes in my atlas tree besides Straight and Narrow (heist) and Dimensional Barrier (breach).

Alva was randomly spawned in this map.

Full set of Scarabs are:
Scarab of Monstrous Lineage x 2
Breach Scarab of the Marshal
Cartography Scarab of Escalation
Cartography Scarab of Corruption

This has only happened to me once so far so it appears to be a rare occurrence.

Hmm you at least got some. I've tried it and got 0 fortresses with the astrolabe.
- 100% chance to contain Breaches.
- Dimensional Foothold allocated
- Breach Scarab of the Marshal used

I had this happen twice, once in a T16.5 where the hive just didn't turn into a hive fortress and another in a T17 where there were no breaches at all.

If Breaches randomly just don't appear with 100% this might be because you have Overloaded Circuits and it rolled the Breach blocker node.
