Controller Analog input bug.

When in game, either while mapping/ campaign, or navigating a menu like your stash or way point, skill tree, inventory, etc... I am experiencing this input issue When I try to press down on the left analog, it is either not registering my input at all, or it will move in the up direction instead. this is happening frequently. maybe once every 50-100 actions.

This controller was purchased day one of 3.27, so it is pretty new, but I did try my old controller to verify it was not an issue on my end. I was able to replicate the issue. plus I have no issues navigating menus with this controller on POE2. (I am on PC for context)
