different can't click issue

I am also having issues with Delve; when I can't click, I leave and come back in, or go to a different node and sometimes that lets me choose the original node.
The all skills button often does not work till I leave whatever area I am in(if I wait), otherwise I click each gem.
The bigger similar issue I have, is when Vaal Domination or sometimes Vaal Absolution are full, I can't use them. Mostly they work fine. I get my Vaal minions, and they do their thing. I change the keys I use to see if the issue is with my mouse, but it just sometimes decides not to work.
