Infamous Modifier of Mines is bugged

The following modifier appears to be bugged:

“Your Skills that throw Mines reserve Life instead of Mana.”


The reservation itself works correctly; however, the mine skill becomes disabled when using Eternal Blessing.

When I use Exsanguinate Mines normally, Eternal Blessing works as expected and the mine skill is not disabled.

However, when I use this modifier that makes mines reserve Life instead of Mana, the mine skill is still disabled by Eternal Blessing, even though no Mana is being reserved.

(An Update) It only fails on native mines, like icicle mine, pyroclast mine. It works well on mines linked with high-impact mine.
