Raise Spectre not raising corpse

I am trying to use Raise Spectre on a Perfect Spirit of Fortune.

I buy the spirit, right click on it in hideout and it appears on the ground, when I then use Raise Spectre, it appears as the the spell worked, as the corpse disappears however I do not get the spirit.

I have also tried this in maps too, yet the same thing happens.

As far as I know I am not doing anything incorrectly, but I am unable to get Raise Spectre to use the spirit.

I can however use Desecrate and Raise Spectres this way, but this doesn't give me the Spirit of Fortune, so not really helpful.

Any ideas what could be happening ?

This is not a bug; Raise Spectre is a skill.

I know Raise Spectre is a skill, I am trying to use that skill to Raise a Spirit of Fortune corpse.

If I use the skill and nothing happens, then how is it not a bug ?

If you use the skill your wand triggers the socketed Spirit Offering.

Spirit Offering consumes a corpse - thus, no corpse for Raise Spectre.
