Issues with Currency Exchange slots after deleting characters

Hello GGG Support Team,

I am writing to request assistance with my Currency Exchange slots in Settlers of Kalguur league.

I recently deleted two characters that had active or uncollected trades at Faustus (Currency Exchange). Now, those 4 slots are still occupied by the rewards from the deleted characters, and I am unable to collect the currency or clear the slots. This is limiting my ability to trade and play effectively in the new league.

Could you please help me clear these stuck slots or reset my Currency Exchange status so I can use them again?

If you use the Migrate All option on the Character Selection screen, any of your characters in the appropriate permanent league (e.g. Standard; Hardcore) will be able to collect them from Faustus.
