Problems with transactions

Hi there!
I play poe2 and poe near one year. I donated yesterday for skin in poe and today my account was locked. I decided to write support to understand what happened, because I did nothing wrong. I got the reply: Your account has been locked for regional fraud. I wrote, that I have Ukrainian card and I'm Ukrainian, I have Ukrainian nationality and registered Ukrainian address, but I currently study in Europe. But I got the answer, that I break the rules and I must to give them my word that this will not happen again. I can suppose, that it was bot, because when I asked what rules I broke, I got no answer. It feels like he did not care about the problem, only wanted my appologies. He reccomended me go back to Ukraine, donate there, and go back to Europe to play. I understand, that it's no sense to ask more, because he stopped to answer, when I say that this will not happen again. He locked out my account and I decided to write here, because I have no other options I donate via Steam and play via Steam. I have all my purchase's receipts in mail, that I use UAH(Ukrainian currency). I donate in this currency all time and previous year also. But now I saw, that on poe web-site, my first purchase was in USD and others in RUB. I think problem is with this, Steam and poe web-site converted one currencu to another. All my purchases was via Steam I read, that support helps only one time. I worry, that I will be ban in future. How can I fix my problem to not be in trouble? Thank you for help!
