Can't go to epilogue after killing Kitava

I just killed Kitava and while I'm in "The Feeding Through" it says that the exit to the epilogue is now open.
But when I return to Oriath Docks it tells me to kill Kitava and Lilly Roth doesn't offer me the option to set sail.

I already tried to start a new instance of "The Feeding Through" in the hope that I can just fight Kitava again, but instead it just says that the exit to the epilogue is open.

Any help would be appreciated.
