Breach Hive spawned no monsters

I started a breach hive encounter, no monsters were spawned. The waves progressed as usual, and the only loot generated was one lavish wombgift (+ a bit over 1k breach juice). Nothing else about the map seems unusual, sorry if this is a known bug, but I couldn't find a pre-existing post.
