Warlords Mark doesnt grant rage on stun

Warlords Mark suppose to grant Rage when stunning marked target.
Atm it doesnt. The bar is appearing but its empty, an the current/max rage points numbers are not shown.

Im using Heavy Strike with investement into reduced stun threshold. Monsters and bosses are stunned as usual but no rage is granted.

Still not working. Well it works once in 10-20 mobs.
Rage bar start to fill when i spend a skill point towards rage on hit. But when i removed that point it start to be wonky again.
