Warlords Mark doesnt grant rage on stun

Warlords Mark suppose to grant Rage when stunning marked target.
Atm it doesnt. The bar is appearing but its empty, an the current/max rage points numbers are not shown.

Im using Heavy Strike with investement into reduced stun threshold. Monsters and bosses are stunned as usual but no rage is granted.
