Unable to spawn Crystalised Rancour plants when using Atlas Passive "Crop Rotation"

I've ran about 100 maps or so with "Crop Rotation" enabled and have not seen a single Mirage seed while doing Miraged harvests. The second I disabled this passive I saw one in the next 5 maps.

+1 have never seen it with crop rotation, ran over 100 mirage harvests as well

Same. I really hope this is a bug and not intended because CR is so much more fun to run.
