Atlas failing to transition to burned status after defeating Incarnation of Fear

My atlas state appears to be bugged. I have worked though the questline from Eagon, defeated the Incarnation of Dread. Upon defeat, Eagon and Zana failed to do their usual dialogue lines. I have since spawned memory threads on the atlas, and completing them hasn't transitioned my atlas into the burned state.

I am concerned that this means I will be unable to drop originator influenced maps this league, and I'm hoping it's an easy fix to flag my account.
