Crash with Lightning Arrow/Breach

I think it might be related to Breach *walls*. When I encountered the first breach in part 2 mud flats, I crashed three-ish times before I realized I just need to skip it. I later did an unstable breach just fine, and one in a mirage to boot. I just encountered another breach with walls in the cavern of anger and crashed again. Although this time I realized I just need to skip it.

I used blink arrow to traverse around the breach with no issue, hence why I think it has something to do with lightning arrow

switched to elemental hit of the spectrum, still crashed when encountering a breach with walls

i did run around and destroy all the walls, and summoned Ailith and completed the encounter without crashing
