Users are unable to see the messages I send in the Mirage league

Hi, I recently noticed that people can’t see my messages. I was able to reproduce the issue myself in the Mirage league. However, on the Standard league there is no problem. I also tested a self-whisper (echo), and I didn’t receive my own message back.

Is there anything I can do to resolve this issue?
