Constant performance issues

Why are there permanent performance issues.

When i enter a mirage it´s ok. When i leave a mirage after a certain amount of playtime it rubbers all over the place.
On EU servers there are problems every league. It is always the same.

and why is the combination cast on death - portal not working in a mirage. When i die i am teleported to the start of a map. Does this work as intended?

Maybe someone can help me with the performance issues.
