Harvest bosses keep focusing Ichorous pests

It seems to me that harvest bosses dont go 2nd phase (on their 75% hp) if they focus Ichorous pests (summoned by the new conjuror of rot spectre).

To break this, i have to leave or go out of range and change the bosses focus to AG or myself or whatever else for it to go into 2nd phase.



This is my first league doing harvest all in, i dont know if this is how it should be or not but it certainly feels like a bug to me.
