applied divine vessel twice and broke pantheon

slotted a divine vessel, after killing boss, the vessel did not appear in inventory. thought maybe i forgot to actually place the vessel. Reran the map with a new vessel slotted. After map, had 2 'full' vessels. i drank both of them not sure if i had a bugged vessel and now the pantheon 'skill' for that god is in 'red' text and not available.

I think issue was i killed the map bosses in the mirror world before i killed them in the actual world during the first map run.

And attempting to recapture provides no soul vessle but does consume my divine vessel
