Refund request for Trade Section purchase

Hello,
I recently purchased the "Trade Section" for Faustus from the in-game store in Path of Exile. After the purchase I discovered that this feature only works in the Settlers league and does not function in the Standard league where I currently play.
There was no clear indication in the store page that this purchase would only work in a specific league, so I assumed it would work for my account regardless of the league.
Because of this I am currently unable to use the feature I paid for. I would like to request a refund of the points spent on this purchase.
