Cast on Crit doesn't proc - help please

Hi guys,

I recently changed my skill setup but I just can't get Cast on Crit to proc frenzy and elemental weakness.

So far I know that the issue is not mana related because I'm running 160 unreserved mana.

My chance to crit is roughly 58%. Any ideas?

Frenzy is an attack, not a spell, so it won't be procced by CoC afaik. With your current setup, you would have to attack and crit with frenzy, and that would proc elemental weakness.
