Maven 10-way not unlocking 5th scarab slot

I just did the Maven's 10 Boss Invitation for a second time, but the fifth Scarab slot is still locked and says "Unlock by completing the Maven's 10 Boss Invitation". Anyone know how to fix this? Never had this issue before.
