The disappearance of the spectre

I needed to replace one spectre with another, so as usual, I took out all the gens (desecreate, any offering), then took out the spectre gem itself, and there were only 3 spectra left on the floor (I have 4), and the guardian turtle disappeared, even though they should have all dropped out. -35c thx
