Simulacrum waves not completing

All enemies killed in simulacrum waves, but it is not completing (it says one monster remains, but cover every inch and can't find it). Failed in wave one of encampment.and just happened again.

Just did a bug report I think wave 7 or 8 Hyseteriagate.
