BUG - 3.28 map device slot

What happens:
killing maven (10) will unlock additional slot in map device, but
the description on the remaining locked slot will show
"unlock by completing the Maven's 10 boss invitation"

How to repeat:
- do not have open more than 3 slots in map device
- kill maven (10)

What will be observed:
- map device will open one slot
- remaining locked slot will show incorrect description.

This looks more like an issue in the slot-state iteration/update loop than a simple if/else condition problem. It seems one slot is updated correctly, but the description for the next locked slot is not recalculated properly after the unlock state changes.
