bug with new rot of conjurer spectre

Tried to run Cowards trial, but it wouldnt let me access the next floor after i cleared the first one. I suspect its because of the pets the conjurer is summoning, that the game might still think theres mobs left.

Can confirm, staircase would not go up because 2 enemies were still remaining, which were my two allied flies from the Conjurer spectre. In general these things seem coded weird, because unlike other Spectres that summon adds (Wretched Defilers) you can see the health bars on hover by default which adds a bunch of clutter.
