MTX Glitches [Removed by Support]

My MTX 'Water Elemental Character Effect' has visual glitches.

The bug is unbearable and visually irritating. Every 4 seconds, white lines appear and then disappear instantly.
Sometimes it's almost imperceptible, and sometimes the lines span the entire width of the screen. I have a gaming PC, so I think the issue is on your end. See my email for more details.

I hope you can fix this problem because I bought it a long time ago and I can't enjoy it because of this.

I sent you an email with all the details (screenshots, system...) but you asked me to report on this forum. So here it is.

If you cannot fix this issue, then I would like a refund, or even an exchange of the MTX would be acceptable. I can even wait several weeks. (not months)
