Not getting last Scarab slot 10 man boss Maven

As title: I have killed the 10 man boss invite for Maven 2 times now, I also have killed Maven already.

But it is not unlocking the last scarab slot for me.

I have killed the 10man boss fight 2 times, and I got boosted in the Maven fight after that. I think that's why it might be bugged? I got all 4 Watchstones..
