Cannot open ANY normal maps - persists even after logging out and changing server

Started happening seemingly at random. I click the "Activate" button on the map device, and nothing happens. I tried all of the following, and none fixed the issue:
- Trying lower tier maps, uncompleted maps, completed maps, etc
- Logging out + changing server
- Opening maps in Epilogue instead (same bug occurs)
- Changing hideout and map device
- Using all 6 portals from a zone I could access (see below)
- Clicking absolutely everything in the atlas and map device screen

Content I am/was able to access through the map device:
- Eagon/originator thread maps (initially; now that the thread is complete, this too is bricked)
- Unique maps
- The King of the Mists boss arena

But, nothing happened.
